By plane: there is an airport in Bologna (Marconi Airport) (from the airport there is a taxi or a bus to the Bologna railway station - about 30 minutes - where you can take a train to Cesena - about 1 hour) or from the airport you can use the Shuttle Service (Romagna Shuttle).

By car: Cesena is well connected with the rest of Italy, thanks to a very good motorway network. The city is positioned along the A14 motorway which connects it to Bologna and Milan going North and to Bari going South. The City has two motorway exits: Cesena Nord and Cesena.
